I have nothing but good things to say about Kevin B. Ross. Kevin was the best federal attorney I could’ve asked for. When Mr. Ross was representing me, he was very honest with me and fought hard. He was definitely on my team. He told me everything that I needed to be doing, and I feel like if it wasn’t for him, I would’ve gotten a longer sentence than just 6 months. At the very beginning how everything looked, I was facing 16 years with my point system under the sentencing guidelines, but Mr. Ross did his job, and I feel like he went above and beyond for me and negotiated an agreement with the prosecutor for a different charge which reduced my sentencing guidelines to 27-33 months. After hearing arguments at my sentencing, the judge gave me 6 months. I am forever grateful for Mr. Ross and for him fighting so hard for me.
